Delivery & Returns

Your order will be sent out FREE via FedEx SmartPost. We will process your order as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 2 business days for order handling. Orders placed after Noon (PST), Monday through Friday, will ship the following business day.

After your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the FedEx tracking number. Use this number to see when your package will arrive. We ship from Modesto, California. East Coast customers should allow up to 7 or 8 business days for your package to arrive.

Please note we do not operate on holidays. Our standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm PST.

We stand behind all Hi-Tec products and guarantee them to be free from manufacturing defects for one full year from the original date of purchase. This is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear, neglect, or damage caused by misuse.

If your Hi-Tec product has a shortcoming in workmanship, we ask that you contact the original place of purchase to quickly resolve the issue prior to contacting us. If you purchased the shoes through, please contact us directly.

Below is an example of what would be covered under the 1 year warranty:

  • Leaky waterproof boots not caused by cut or abrasion
  • Leather and fabric defects including inside lining
  • Outsole separation not caused by heat
  • Hardware, eyelet, and zipper defects
  • Steel shank defects not caused by impact or excessive bending
  • Safety toe defects not caused by impact or excessive bending

Warranty Procedures:

  • All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
  • We cannot refund purchases made through other retailers.
  • You must include the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If receiving another apir, we will ship those back to you free of charge.
  • We reserve the right to limit returns.
  • We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • You must include a return shipping address.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Warranty coverage ends when replacement product is accepted.

*Products must be sent back to Hi-Tec and inspected before refund can be issued. This process usually takes 7 to 10 business days once the product has been received.

This offer speaks to how confident we are that you will love our product. If for some reason you don't, we will take them back! If during the first 60 days following your purchase you are unhappy with your product, Hi-Tec will offer a replacement of equal value, or a refund for the product if purchased direct from the website.

Simply call Customer Service at 1-844-837-8155 to explain your reason for return. (You may also email us) Have your order number ready so we can verify your purchase and issue your Return Authorization (RA) number. Please pack your item(s) in the original packaging with a note of the RA number somewhere on the outside of the box, and ship it to this address:
