How long will my order take to arrive including processing and shipping?

Our free delievery is processed via FedEx SmartPost. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. Customers on the East Coast or Hawaii may see one or two days additional transit time.

Can I ship my order to someone else or to a different address?

Yes, you can ship to a different address from your billing address. Simply enter the recpient's address in the "Shipping Address" section during checkout.

Where do you ship to?

At this time, we only ship to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

Standard shipping is handled by FedEx. If you are not around to take delivery of your package, FedEx will leave a calling card with further instructions.

Can I change shipping address once my order has been submitted?

In order to process your order the same or next business day, we are unable to change the shipping address once your order has reached us.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. Therefore after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order.

How do I know when my order ships and how can I track it?

After your order has been shipped you will recieve a confirmation e-mail telling you that your item has been shipped. You can track your order once it has left us using the tracking number we provide on the e-mail. Simply visit the FedEx website and enter the tracking code.

What types of payment method do you accept?

We currently accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept convienient payments via PayPal.

What is your return policy?

We offer a full six month's warranty that covers defects. Please reference our Delivery & Returns page for more details.

Suspected faulty goods

If you suspect a manufacturing defect and purchased your goods from a website or retail store other than Hi-Tec.com/us, please return your purchase to the retailer you made your purchase from where they will inspect the goods for you inline with the Hi-Tec warranty.
