How long will my order take to arrive and which carrier will deliver my order?

Our free delievery is processed via FedEx SmartPost. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. Customers on the East Coast or Hawaii may see one or two days additional transit time. Standard shipping is handled by FedEx. If you are not around to take delivery of your package, FedEx will leave a calling card with further instructions. There is no signature required.

Can I ship my order to someone else or to a different address?

Yes, you can ship to a different address from your billing address. Simply enter the recpient's address in the "Shipping Address" section during checkout. Remember that the billing and shipping address may be different depending on the billing address that is associated with your bank's card.

Where do you ship to? Do you ship to APO/FPO?

At this time, we only ship to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia; also we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been submitted?

In order to process your order the same or next business day, we are unable to change information once your order has reached us. We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. Therefore after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfillment process and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order.

How do I know when my order ships and how can I track it?

After your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail telling you that your item has been shipped. You can track your order once it has left us using the tracking number we provide on the e-mail. Simply visit the FedEx website and enter the tracking code.

What types of payment method do you accept?

We currently accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept convenient payments via PayPal.

What is your return policy?

We offer a full one year warranty that covers defects and a 60 day comfort guarantee. Please reference our Delivery & Returns page for more details.

I purchased my shoes from a retailer and they are defective. What do I do?

If you suspect a manufacturing defect and purchased your goods from a website or retail store other than, please return your purchase to the retailer you made your purchase. From there, they will inspect the goods for you in line with the Hi-Tec warranty.

Do you sell replacement laces?

No, we do not sell replacement laces at this time

How do I know what size I wear?

Our shoes run true to size. If your shoes do not fit how you would like them to, let us know. We offer easy exchanges, free shipping of the new pair, and $0 restocking fees!

Is it safe to order through your website?

Yes. Your payment is taken through a secure system. It is perfectly safe to enter your card's details on our website.
