Can I change shipping address once my order has been submitted?

In order to process your order and ship it the same or next business day, we are unable to change the shipping address once your order has reached us.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. Therefore after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order.

How do I know when my order ships and how can I track it?

Once your order has been shipped you will recieve a confirmation email telling you that your item has been shipped. You can track your order once it has left us using the tracking number we provide on the e-mail. Simply visit FedEx.com/tracking and enter the tracking code to see their status.
