My son went hiking and covered his boots in mud from a mud puddle. Can I throw these in the washing machine? Thanks!

Asked by: momof3
We recommend that you hand wash his boots to preserve the life and quality of them.

my son wears a size 1.5 sneaker. What size boot should I order him?

Asked by: jmom
The size will still be 1.5, but make sure that it is a "youth 1.5," as junior sizing is for those very young. Hope this helps!

My son's foot measures 8.5 inches do I buy a 3.5 or a 4? He is very slim and doesn't have a wide foot.

Asked by: AsMom
We would suggest a 3.5

With Big-Fit system, do you order your child's current size and the removeable insole give you the next half size up? Or do you order up a size and use the insole to reduce the size down to your child's current size?

Asked by: Brad
You order your child's current size and once your child's feet grow, you remove the insole. Great question!
